Homemade protein pudding

You won’t always find protein puddings on the shelf, and definitely not in a wide variety of flavors.

Silken tofu is a great base for yogurt or a pudding-style dessert. And if you want to boost the protein content even more, you can add 10 grams of protein powder or something like protein bran flakes.

By the way, silken tofu also comes in a shelf-stable version that doesn’t require refrigeration, which is great if you’re traveling.

Nutritional values for refrigerated silken tofu per 100 g:

1 pack silken tofu Half a scoop of MYPROTEIN sweetener, or to taste, keeping calories in mind if relevant a pinch of xanthan gum for a creamier texture, optional 60 g frozen blueberries, or any fruit you like

That’s it.
