Fudgy High-Protein Tahini Chocolate Bites

Some of my most exciting creations in the kitchen are born during munchies moments.I was craving something sweet, and I had just run out of peanut butter. So I decided to see if tahini could be an interesting substitute.
The result was rich, chocolatey and fudgy — and the best part? It’s packed with protein.
Ingredients
3 heaping tablespoons fine oats
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 heaping tablespoon soy flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 level tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons raw tahini
For sweetness (choose one option):
For those who like it sweet but want to save calories:
2 packets sucralose / stevia
For those who like it sweet and indulgent:
2 tablespoons maple syrup or date syrup (silan)
250 ml light soy milk
A little water if needed
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
If the batter feels too thick, add a little water. You want the mixture to be as smooth as possible but not runny.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
Pour the mixture into small personal molds (I got about 8 pieces).
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Serving suggestion
Drizzle a little tahini, maple syrup, or silan on top.If you have some extra calories to spare… why not?
Variations
This is a great base recipe, and when I want to enrich it I sometimes add:
banana
crushed nuts
cacao nibs
even a little coconut oil
Almost anything works — it’s actually hard to mess this one up.
