Online coaching programs and services are available worldwide.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Physical Products (Baked Goods, Protein Mixes & Blends)
• Products are made to order.
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not yet been prepared or shipped.
• Orders for ready-made food items (self-pickup) may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Opened, used, or perishable food products cannot be returned, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
• If cancellation occurs after shipment (and the product remains unopened), the customer will be charged 50% of the shipping cost.
• No additional cancellation fees apply to physical products.
2.2 Coaching Programs & Digital Services
• Customized programs are delivered within up to 7 business days after full payment and submission of all required information (questionnaire, photos, etc.).
• Once the program has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• Coaching services may be canceled on a monthly basis; therefore, no trial period is offered.
• Personal training or posing sessions may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100 ILS cancellation fee.
• Programs are created based on information provided by the client. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of such information.
3. Delivery Policy
3.1 Physical Products
• Order processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Home delivery: 3–7 business days within Israel (Green Line boundaries).
• Shipping cost: 40 ILS.
• Self-pickup in Tel Aviv is available by prior arrangement.
• In case of an unusual delay, the customer may choose between waiting for delivery or receiving a full refund.
• Final delivery times depend on the shipping provider and are not fully under the control of the Business.
3.2 Digital Products & Coaching
• Programs are customized only after completion of the required questionnaire, submission of photos, and payment.
• Programs are delivered via an online downloadable sheet/document.
• All programs are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, transferred, or distributed.
• Coaching services are provided on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the purchased package, and continue upon renewal payment until service termination.
4. Liability & Legal Disclaimer
4.1 Food Products
• All products are vegan and contain gluten.
• Full ingredient details are provided for each product.
• Products may be prepared in an environment that contains additional allergens.
• The customer is solely responsible for verifying suitability regarding allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
• Products are high in protein and should be consumed according to individual dietary needs.
• The products do not constitute medical or nutritional advice.
4.2 Coaching Services
• Clients must complete a health declaration form before beginning any coaching service.
• In certain cases, medical approval may be required.
• Physical activity involves inherent risks. Clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for performing exercises.
• Coaching services do not constitute medical advice.
• Results are not guaranteed and depend on consistency, nutrition, and individual factors.
• Clients under the age of 18 require parental consent. Payment constitutes confirmation that such consent has been obtained.
• Parents are responsible for completing and approving the health declaration for minors.
5. Use of Photos & Marketing Content
• Before-and-after photos or any personal content will not be published without explicit written consent.
• Upon written approval, the Business may use such materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

All content on this website, including training programs, documents, tables, texts, images, branding, and design, is the exclusive property of Maayan Eliasi.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.
