I was born in Tel Aviv, and I still live here today. So if you happen to see me with Helen, my life-saving dog, don’t hesitate to say hi.
 

Creativity has always been, and will always be, a part of my world. I studied acting and performed both on stage and on screen. Today, I am a member of the Israeli Academy of Film and Television and enjoy combining these worlds.

At 35, I was introduced to competitive bodybuilding. This encounter came right after leaving an abusive relationship, and to this day, I feel that the timing gave me a renewed choice in life. I decided to compete in my first show, and this new stage I had never known turned into a true passion. Between 2018 and 2020, I placed first in several competitions in Israel, earning my PRO status — essentially a ticket to the World Natural Bodybuilding Championships!

In 2022, I placed 5th both in my PRO figure category and in the amateur Fit Body category at the WNBF World Championship.

In 2024, I took 2nd place at the Cyprus Natural Bodybuilding Championship and 5th at the World Championship in Boston.

All of this led to me being ranked among the top 10 vegan bodybuilders in the world.
 

I’ve seen firsthand how an incredible process through the body can transform lives, and connecting this to coaching felt like a perfect fit. Alongside my own journey, I now guide many others — together as a team, helping you reach your goals.

Nutrition and food are everything to me — especially as an athlete. And yes, food should be fun!
