"BEYOND" ground beef patties

I love to create all kinds of meatballs and stuffed meatballs with ground meat that is rich in fat, and it is definitely a pleasure.
There are almost no carbohydrates, so it balances out the calories for me, but it's definitely worth balancing the fat portion of the next meal. There's nothing to be done about this juicy texture, it comes with fat :) And for those who are trying to lose weight, there's my recipe for seitan or chunks, of course.
The price of the product is expensive, so I buy it when I find it on sale at the big supermarkets. But once in a while... it's a fun treat.
A 300 gram package was enough for 4 meatballs. So double the quantities as much as you want.
But definitely a delight of flavors:
Ingredients:
One package of ground Beyond 300 grams
25 grams chopped parsley and coriander (about 5 stems of each and chop with the stem)
20 grams celery (about half a stalk)
5 grams onion chips
10 grams of unflavored pea protein
A flat teaspoon of salt, about 3 grams
A quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper
Half a teaspoon of cumin
A quarter or half a teaspoon of cinnamon, whichever you prefer (by the way, for the seasoning, you can stick a cinnamon stick in the meatball before baking, and then when you take it out of the oven, it's a meatball on a stick and it's nice to serve like that)
preparation:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
We will chop the vegetable.
Add all the ingredients together with the vegetables to a bowl.
Knead until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Divide into 4 balls, each weighing approximately 91 grams.
Line a tray with baking paper or a silicone mat.
Place the ball on the tray and crush to form a patty.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
