High-Protein Tofu and Friends Dish

Ingredients
200 g tofu
A handful of spinach leaves
sweet pepper
A handful of green beans
4 stalks of asparagus
2 garlic cloves
4 cherry tomatoes
4 mushrooms
Turmeric, spice "mixed curry"
preparation
I do not use oil but heat a skillet with boiling water, just a little and make sure that if the water is reduced, add, so that nothing will burn.
Cut the vegetables and put them all in a frying pan without spinach, add spices, and slightly lower the flame. As soon as the vegetables soften a bit, we will increase the fire and add the spinach for about a minute. This is ready!
