Like an omelette

Ingredients
Olive oil spray for frying or 3 grams/flat teaspoon
200 grams of purple silken tofu from "Moreno"
60 grams chickpea flour
Nutritional yeast 5 grams
Turmeric 1 gram
A quarter teaspoon pepper
Baking powder 2 grams
Castan gum half a gram
90 ml water
2 grams of salt (if you like it salty and spicy, you can use curry or Indian salt or another gram of salt).
I mashed it with a hand blender until it was really smooth,
Heat a pan and only then place the batter on it, cover and wait for it to bake (there will be bubbles) and then turn over.
Values per serving (about 5-6 pancakes)

This tofu is great and comes canned. Values per 100 grams of purple silken tofu:
Calories: 35, Protein: 6.51, Carbs: 0.53, Fat: 1 gram. Definitely a base for filling spreads for me
