Keep Your Greens Fresh and Happy

So many times people ask me how my stay fresh?

Well, assuming I'm not smoking them, they hold for a week or more.

Want to know how? very simple. We forgot for a moment that these are thirsty plants. After all, what will you do with a bouquet of flowers that you bought? Right! Put it in a vase with water. So why not the greens? Because they do not have flowers?

So here's my tip. I clean them a little with water, take out stalks (if any) that have yellowed or rotted, and place each bundle in a glass / dish with cool water. I change the water every day.

pay attention! In the hot Israeli summer, it is preferable inside the refrigerator, so you will have a surprising bouquet of flowers inside the refrigerator. It always brings me a big smile.
