High-Protein Peanut Butter, Lower in Calories and Fat

My peanut butter addiction story is not a simple one. During competition prep, I genuinely see it as food of the gods. To the point that when I won for the first time, the host who was praising veganism couldn’t even finish speaking because I was shouting that I wanted peanut butter.
The truth is, I didn’t even grow up on peanut butter. But today I can honestly say peanut butter is life.
But what do you do when “life” contains that many calories, mostly from fat? You reinvent life.
How?
MyProtein has a ready-made product like this. And if you come across peanut flour, you can easily make your own by adding a little xanthan gum as well.

So how do you turn this into peanut butter?
The powder is slightly sweetened, but you can add extra sweetener or anything else you like. For about 2 teaspoons of powder, add 1 tablespoon of water or plant-based milk. Mix well until you reach a smooth, spreadable texture and that’s it. You can also add whatever you like, for example chocolate chips.
Enjoy.
