Eat your salad as if you are at a restaurant

No I'm not always in pursuit of values and protein, sometimes I'm just a person who likes to enjoy . Salad may sound boring, but this salad will not embarrass any festive meal or any restaurant :) Prepare yourself for rich flavors.
Ingredients: A glass of quinoa A cup of lentils

2 sweet potatoes cut into small cubes 100 grams of walnuts Teaspoon brown sugar 3 celery branches 3 branches of green onion Half a coriander bunch Half bunch of parsley A handful of cranberries Spicy pepper (depends heavily on I put half chopped) 2 chopped garlic cloves Grating lemon from lemon 1 Lemon juice from 1-2 lemon Tbsp olive oil Salt Ground black pepper

I like to soak the lentils the night before, and the quinoa about half an hour washes it well until the water is clear and not whipping. I cook them like pasta, lots of hot water without salt,and then strain. So they are cooked but stay crispy. You can cook together to save time, if it goes into the same dish as here. At the same time it is more accurate individually, and then I will start with the quinoa. Cut 2 sweet potatoes into small cubes and fry with very little boiling water, do not cover the sweet potato with water. So that they remain cooked but not crushed. Rinse well and chop all the greens, pepper and garlic and combine in a large bowl. Scrape the yellow part of the lemon peel on a thin grater. Cut the walnuts into smaller pieces and bake in a pan with a little hot water, a teaspoon of brown sugar until the water evaporates and the nut gets caramelized. If you like sweeter, use a tablespoon of sugar.
Put everything together in a bowl, season with lemon, olive oil and grated black pepper (if you don't like, you can skip) Enjoy! Some tips: First, if you want to save calories, remove cranberries, and use nuts without caramelizing. And remove the olive oil. Or alternatively, if you don't care about the calorific value, enrich with raw Tahini or prepare a tahini spread with cold water . A refreshing salad for the summer and also the salad will enjoy radishes for example or chopped koholoraby inside.
