Cute, protein-rich protein bars

The rumor is true, you can make fun nuggets-like pieces in a snap.

A fun, protein-rich recipe that I discovered through the world of vegan bodybuilding.

This is a quick recipe, that's what I call food that you don't save for tomorrow but eat immediately.

Values per serving:

Calories: 142

Carbohydrate: 2 grams

Protein: 32 grams

Fat: 1 gram


Ingredients for one serving:

20 grams

20 grams wheat gluten

60 ml water

Seasoning I like:

1/4 teaspoon grill seasoning

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

Ground black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic chips or crushed garlic


Dry ingredients, flour, paprika, salt and pepper

preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients.

2. Add the water and knead with a spoon or fork.

3. Shape into patties or bites.

4. Heat a non-stick pan and fry the pieces for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

5. There is almost no fat in the dish, so I add a little olive oil, but even without or with spray, you can enjoy a fun protein boost.
