A high-protein diet can still be a fun diet,and most importantly, diverse and creative.

I remember I was always looking for a familiar protein source to incorporate into a meal, and I wouldn't even try to look at the food labels of products that seemed to me to be carb-heavy. So what changed? You :) and me!

And honestly...in the training and nutrition support programs that I do with people, I look for solutions for each one, whether it's a busy schedule, a crowded gym, or boredom with meals, or any challenge we face, I know there is a solution or at least a fair alternative.

With a side of tofu spread (available on the blog) or like here with vegetables and a delicately sweet fruit delicacy from Tnuva.
