They are as tasty as the real thing. These cute ones are without flour or baking, and do not need protein. You can make another stuffing. But hey, I'm still Miss Bodibilderic, are not you? So protein it is :)

Ingredients

3-4 ripe bananas (or whatever you like)

1 scoop MRM protein powder flavored with cinnamon pastry

Spoon of cinnamon

A small cup of light soy milk without sugar

preparation

Peel the bananas (gently so they will not fall apart). Cut them lengthwise so that thin stripes will come out but will not tear. Place them on a tray and baking paper. Heat the oven to about 70-70 degrees F. Put the tray in and leave the oven door slightly open. Of course if you have a food dryer then fun, it will be more comfortable and a slightly more fun texture. It took me about 25 minutes to dry the bananas for the desired learning. Take a bowl and mix the protein powder and soy milk into a smooth texture (if necessary add a little milk). pay attention. I whipped the milk in the coffee machine, which made the paste smooth. You can also use a blender if you do not have a Milk frother. Just make sure the texture is not lumpy. This recipe will also be wonderful if instead of protein prepare a stuffing with a blender, cocoa, peanut butter or vanilla extract.
