אני יודעת שחלקכם לא אוהב לקנות בבתי עסק שאינם 100% טבעונים. אני לעומת זאת מאוד אוהבת גם להביע את עמדתי הקניינית בבתי עסק כאלה. למה? כי התמימה שבי מאמינה שביקוש משפיע על הצע. יום אחד, הם כבר יבינו. היום הלכתי לבוטיק סנטרל ,הסניף שבאחד העם תל אביב . בכל סניף שנכנסתי מצאתי אופציות אבל כאן תמיד יש משום מה יותר . יש פינה טבעונית מקסימה , יש שם עוגיות , מאפים , מאפינ'ס ועוגות בחושות. במקרר כמעט תמיד יש יותר מאפשרות אחת של עוגת פס טעימה. אז לכבוד יומההולדת שלי לקחתי להורים , פס של עוגת "לוטוס" . היה מושלם . הטעם של הלוטוס לא חזק מספיק לטעמי אבל היה טעים. אין אחד שלא אהב וכן.. לצערי רק אני טבעונית בבית. מחיר עוגת פס היה 64 ש"ח , עוגיית חמאת בטנים מושלמת היתה 12 ש"ח גם המאפים הם 12 ש"ח , מאיפנס פיסטוק מהמם אגב. מחירים לא זולים אבל האיכות והטעם מדהימים. אז לפעמים אפשר להתפנק.

I know some of you do not like buying in businesses that are not 100% vegan. On the other hand, I like to express my my purchasing power in such businesses. Why? Because the innocent in me believes that demand affects the market. One day, they'll understand. Today I went to Boutique Central, the branch of "Ahad Ha'am" street in Tel Aviv. In every branch I entered I found options but here there is always something more. There is a lovely vegan corner, there are cookies, pastries, muffins and horseradish cakes. In the refrigerator there is almost always one option of a delicious tapestry cake. So in honor of my birthday, I took my parents a strip of "lotus" cake. Was perfect.
The taste of the lotus was not strong enough for my taste but it was delicious. There is no one who did not like it and, unfortunately, I'm the only vegan at home. The price of a pie cake was 64 NIS, a perfect peanut butter cake was 12 NIS and the pastries are 12 NIS, from a stunning pistachios to the price, not cheap but the quality and taste are amazing.
