Creatine and which one do I actually like?

I've written here on the blog before about which supplements I usually take and why. As a vegan and bodybuilder, one of the supplements I believe in is creatine.

"Creatine is one of the most popular nutritional ergogenic aids for athletes. Studies have consistently shown that creatine supplementation increases intramuscular creatine concentrations which may help explain the improvements observed in high-intensity exercise performance leading to greater training adaptations. In addition to improving athletic performance and performance, studies have shown that creatine supplementation may improve post-workout recovery, injury prevention, and more."

Creatine is also found in meat and fish, so studies show that greater improvement is observed in vegans or those on a plant-based diet.

"Results: Creatine supplementation in vegetarians was able to increase creatine concentrations, and phosphocreatine in the vastus lateralis and gastrocnemius muscles, plasma and red blood cells, often to higher levels than omnivores. Creatine supplementation improved exercise performance in vegetarians to a greater extent than omnivores."

I like to drink it in a fun blueberry flavor during my workout, but as long as you take it daily, the timing doesn't really matter. Here's a direct link to my favorite:
