הקצב הירוק / The green butcher
שבת מהממת לכולנו יפים !! אז סוף סוף הגעתי ל "הקצב הירוק " לא שלא טעמתי כבר ביונד . אבל הייתי סקרנית לראות מה אפשר לעשות מחומר הגלם המשוגע הזה . באמת שציפיתי לאותה קציצה בשינוי קל .. אבל הופתעתי למצוא תיבול משגע ומנה טעימה שלא השארתי ממנה כלום. זו לא חייבת להיות ארוחת שחיתות ! שמחתי למצוא מנה שנכנסת לי בערכים. אכלתי את סלט הקצב ( נו מה לעשות בכל זאת veganbabe חחחח) , 3 קציצות קבב טעימות על סלט עשיר בטעמים . השותף לעבירה אכל את המבורגר ביונד בלחמניה משובחת עם תוספת ירוקים ( ברוקולי ושעועית) בצד. טעים !!! יותר מהכל שמחתי למצוא שם לא מעט קרניבורים !! זה אולי הדבר שאני הכי אוהבת בביונד! ההנגשה לאוכלי בשר. אבל הכי שימח את הלב שלי זה האנשים שעובדים שם ושעשו הכל כדי שיהיה לי טעים וכיף . סליחה שאני סטלנית ולא זוכרת את שמותיכם אבל ממש הרגשתי בבית ולשבת ככה על הרחוב הסואן בבן יהודה בחברה טובה עם שרות מדהים ,עיצוב מהמם , חיוכים ואהבה . זה טבעוני ביותר בשבילי. גם הסכו"ם מתכלה ורוב המנות מוגשות על המגש ללא צלחת. לא ציפיתי להנות ככה , ואלה תודה על פתיחת סוף שבוע נפלא ❤
מחירים מצורפים בתפריט , אני שילמתי 49 ש"ח על הסלט + דיאט מוגז .
Shabbat shalom for all of you beautiful !! So I finally got to the "green butcher" not that I had not already tasted the beyond. But I was curious to see what you could do with this crazy raw material. I really expected the same with a slight change. But I was surprised to find a delicious seasoning and a delicious dish that I did not leave anything of. It does not have to be a corruption meal! I was glad to find a dish that entered my values.
I ate the butcher salad (well what to do anyway veganbabe lol), 3 delicious kebabs and kebabs on a rich salad and flavors. The partner for my crime ate the beyond hamburger in a fine bun with a green addition (broccoli and beans) on the side. Delicious !!! More than anything I was happy to find quite a few carnivores there !! This is perhaps what I like best about the beyond! Access to meat eaters.
But my heart was the happiest to find out that people who are working there are amazing . Sorry I don't remember your names but I really felt at home and to sit like that on the busy street in Ben Yehuda in good company with amazing service, stunning design, smiles and love. This is vegan for me. They care about the environment and most of the dishes are served on the tray without a plate. Thanks for opening a wonderful weekend for me.
